I’m doing a rewrite, due in December. It seems insane that no one is micromanaging me. Like, you TRUST ME to do this? REALLY?! Writing parts of it from scratch is liberating but daunting, too - like I’ve gone right back to the beginning - but I’m trying to keep my blinkers on and just focus on one bit at a time and not completely lose my mind. So yeah, it’s totally fine 😂
Ahh I’m cheering you on! 👏 Did you find a publisher? I’m with you on the losing your mind bit. Blinkers sound helpful. Can’t wait to hear more. I’ve had an offer but we’re mid-waiting for others to come back to us too. So it’s a kind of horrid limbo where I feel I’m being picked apart and SEEN. Urgh.

Did you read Iain McGilchrist’s article about AI in Resurgence, back in 2023, the Love is a Verb issue? He calls it Artificial Information-processing rather than Artificial Intelligence as it is entirely left brain on overdrive. Good luck with the book.
